ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဆန္ဒထုတ်ဖော်သူများအား သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဂျာနယ်လစ်များအပါအဝင် ပြည်သူများအား ထင်တိုင်းကြဲ ဖမ်းဆီးနေခြင်းတို့မှာ လုံးဝ လက်ခံနိုင်ဖွယ်ရာမရှိပါ။

မြန်မာစစ်ဘက် အနေဖြင့် အခြေခံလူ့အခွင့်အရေးများအား ချိုးဖောက်နေခြင်းကို အဆုံးသတ်ကာ ဒီမိုကရေစီလမ်းကြောင်းပေါ်သို့ ပြန်သွားရန် လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ အပါအတွင် အခြားအဖွဲ့အစည်းများက တိုက်တွန်းတောင်းဆိုလျက် ရှိသော်လည်း မြန်မာစစ်ဘက်သည် ထိုတောင်းဆိုချက်များကို ဆက်လက်၍ အာခံနေလျက်ရှိသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ခိုင်မာ၍ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုရှိသော နိုင်ငံတကာ တုံ့ပြန်မှုတစ်ရပ်ကို အဆောတလျင် လိုအပ်လျက် ရှိပါသည်။
