Yesterday, Yolna Lubrin aka Yo-Yo, was found hanging from a tree right here in Orlando on Westmorleand Dr. and Livingston St. The way she was found and the state that she was in has left her family with A LOT OF UNANSWERED QUESTIONS from Law enforcement. They are immediately ruling it as a suicide but finding any black person hanging from a tree in 2023 requires MORE INVESTIGATION no matter what. ESPECIALLY in this case because there are too many unanswered questions and not enough proof. This is not the first time or the first time in a while this has happened in Orlando, just in 2020 we were asking the same questions about Nevan Baker who was found hanging in a tree in a very suspicious way for it to be a suicide.
WE NEED THE COMMUNITY TO STAND WITH THE FAMILY AS THEY ASK QUESTIONS AND PUSH FOR MORE ANSWERS. Let’s help a family get some closure or justice, if needed!
On Tuesday, October 3rd, we will be standing with the family at City Hall at 6:30pm, as they take a stand for their loved one. Everybody is welcomed. This will be a peaceful gathering for the family but WE NEED NUMBERS. JUST THINK, if this was your family member wouldn’t you want more answers ?

I'll tell you 1 thing almost every corner of Westmoreland and every other streets in the hood has a camera that was installed by the city. So if no one won't talk the cameras will, the only issue is getting a good OPD officer that gives af to push it further or some other official entity.

I’m so sorry for your loss but a person that’s depressed will always smile, laugh and live as they were the happiest. They mask it all. No one knows the demons they are fighting. My relative did the same thing, hang from a tree. No one knew his true feelings. I pray that God brings you peace. Big hug 🤗

My prayers and condolences go out to her family. 🙏 I pray they find who did this because this doesn't feel like a suicide 😔 it's weird something horrific like this happened shortly after the Klan was here in town....was there a gather of them too around the time when this happened to Nevan? I wouldn't put it past them, especially since they have ties with law enforcement and could have something covered up and ruled a suicide so quickly to hault any actual investigation 🤔

There was a lot of Black Lives Matter protests around the time of Nevan baker and a lot of racial tension but I know whether it was a white supremacy thing or a regular homicide, or in fact a suicide, the Investigation was rushed and pretty much non existent and that calls for more effort and transparency. We have to find out more
