About Lancaster Classical Fencing
In 2005 we opened our doors at Formula Fitness in Lancaster PA as a Smallsword and Sabre School.
The Smallsword (and the era that surrounded it) is the birthplace of modern foil and epee.
Although the Smallsword is still practiced within the room, early in 2012 it was realized that the Sabre has become our Primary Focus. Please refer to the Sabre Project tab on the website for specifics.
