Police should never shoot and kill someone . NO EXCUSE! They have tasers and all sort of things even negotiators. I've never met a street cop who is not on a power trip.Ridiculous!

No excuse for killing an unarmed man with his hands in the air. Regardless of how you feel about police this is wrong and I hope they are charged with murder if that is what they did.

I have seen the video over 8 times. The last frame when the man's hands were up in the air..then your heard two shots. I don't need to see the gory details.

Why doesn't KSAT show all of the video?! Other news outlets show these videos...why isn't KSAT....are we being biased and not objective...? Not reporting news accurately... nice KAST...lousy reporting. L

So KSAT, are you trying to incite violence against Bexar County law enforcement or just law enforcement in general? This video shows nothing! Your track record shows some anti law enforcement reporting, but this is above and beyond. How about letting an investigation take place before jumping on the "hands up don't shoot" band wagon. Oh...wait...ratings and number of likes on FB are more important than real journalism. My bad...forgot. Glad you got the "scoop"! What a disgrace.

The trend continues with these Bexar County officers that are out of control. Let's not forget about the murder of Adrian Barnes at the hands of an off duty Bexar County officers. When will this stop???

Looks like a murder by the cops. Suspect was unarmed no threat what so ever. Judging by the girth of one cop probably didn't and couldn't chase him.

There are a lot if kids that live in that neighborhood. They were doing what they had to do to protect the rest of us. He was clearly running from them. I am so tired of these stories being made into more. He stabbed someone. We live in this area because it is safe. Good for the officers. Funny thing is it is probably a Hispanic officer, and this guy is probably the same, so no story!

...he should of just 'layed on the ground' with his hands behind his back, and he would be OUT of jail on BOND. But, I guess we will not know what he did to get SHOT. He had a CHOICE apparently.

It is concerning that this investigation has not been completed and this video does not show what transpired before or after. 911 was not called to have coffe, this was a domestic dispute where a woman and child were injured. Speculation takes this no where! To jump on the police brutality train without knowing exactly what happened is ridiculous. Having a child in law enforcement I know exactly what OUR officers face daily. Yes you have bad apples but that is in EVERY profession. Every day that uniform is put on they are targets. Our child serves OUR city with Honor, Dignity and Respect. With all this uproar about police brutality, second guessing is being done that could ultimately take our childs life. If infact this was unjustified than the law will take it's course but good God people there are way more Good than Bad on Our Police force and when you put them All in the same category your putting EVERYONE at risk. Instead of playing judge and jury on Facebook pray for ALL involved, for the mother who lost her son, the woman and child who were injured and lost a loved one and for the officers who will live with this for the rest of their lives and their families who will deal with this as well. If you've never walked a day in a police uniform than you don't know the aftermath in tragedies such as this. Let the investigation take it's course. Praying for ALL involved.....

When is the last time the cops shot a law abiding citizen. I don't see innocent people getting shot and killed by the police for no reason. I'm sorry, but I still believe in the police.

Did yall not read Isis comments on her post she saw the whole video he had his hands raised the whole time they shot him she saw the whole video she confirmed it herself , that's why I can't trust cops when my brothers have had things in the past that involved cops we made sure we rushed over to make sure my brother who was not mentally stable was not hurt or shot " just because " type of comment in being sarcastic as far as cops and shooting instead of tazing

Budget costs and lack of hiring people fully qualified candidates solely because of credit or admitting to minor criminal mischief when they were minors is the reason officers sometimes feel they can do whatever they want. Hire those that have learned from their mistakes and are trying to do good and things like this will change and oh yeah actually pay them for their overtime!

What do you expect from a job that only requires passing a basic skills test. Change the requirements to either 4 years military or a 4 year degree
