Enemy of my Enemy. It was an episode that felt like you never know when a sudden attack would take place, and once it did, the Turtles had their backs against them trying to avoid the Kraang UFO, Karai, and Shredder.

I agree with Jeff in saying that the episode "Baxter's Gambit" was my favorite. I love it when bad guys and good guys team up

Quite frankly, I thought the hour long series premiere was the best episode and here's why:
As a lifelong TMNT fan, I had huge skepticism of Nick taking the toon over. I thought it would be highly irrational and completely over the top. Not only did this hour long ep prove me wrong, it did a lot of things right to set the tone!
For one, we actually see the turtles as teenagers acting their age of 15. We see their dayly routine and even more, we see that they're not the pizza hogging, sushi munching turtles and rat we've seen in so many years prior. We see how they acquire that love of pizza and further more, it sets that obsession up.
Also, we get a glimpse of what's to come, much like the 2K3 series did oh so perfectly. We see that the turtles didn't have a designated leader from the start, and it also sets up the emotional and physical problems Leo has to endure being chosen by their dad as new leader.
And can I just say that the Star Trek mock cartoon is brilliant?
It all around had the makings to be a great series and held by that flagship episode, I feel like the Nick guys did a great job reinventing this series for a brand new generation. I mean... It got my 2 year old daughter hooked, and I like that as she grows older, April could become an excellent role model for her since, for once, April is an actual peer for the turtles. (For which I had many original reservations about, but hey... nick got it right so that it also entices a completely different demographic not having April be an adult!)

I fund these giveaways - so I do it with what I have that I can afford to giveaway. Autographs are not an easy thing to come by for most fans, so I do not feel like this is a bad thing to have up as a prize. Esp since I pay shipping & handling on the prizes as well. Sorry, but as long as Cowabunga Corner is non profit - which really it is, I spend more than we make in any of the ways we've done to bring in money - than we can't put to much out in prizes unless donated by others.

Not trying to be a kiss ass, so don't take it as such, but I think people should be thankful she's giving away anything at all.
I run what could be considered a practically a non profit music blog in Indianapolis and the #1 complaint I get is why don't we get paid?
Bc I don't get paid. Neither does Ivey. Fact is, the interns I bring in, as well as well as rhe people who win her contests, should be thankful they get anything at all.
Probably wouldn't have been this defensive, but I've known Ivey for a while now from the Technodrome forums.

And... btw, totally not bummed at all by not winning. I have Eastman and Laird's autographs already. Just thought Keno would have been a cool addition.
