Ready for some ‘sweet’ news? The GSM version of the HTC Flyer tablet, available in Europe, is beginning to receive updates to Honeycomb beginning today! Honeycomb brings a ton of improvements to Android on tablets, including the latest version of HTC Sense for Tablet with enhanced Internet browsing, Mail, Calendar and more all optimized for the 7" screen. Not to be outdone, the WiFi version of the HTC Flyer will receive its Honeycomb update soon, too! Stay tuned for more details.

I think HTC forgot that somehow eu people bought their HTC flyer in eu or US but this devises were orginally for Indian market,this what happened to me.and maybe in India thyroid don't have that much HTC flyer sold as it.s probably be expensive for Indian people to pay 700$ for the device

Samsung is far better than htc as far as updates r concerned, atleast in india coz india is one of the biggest market fr them.....i ve bought galaxy note n believe me its much better than any htc product n fr the icing on the cake it will be receiving ics update on 1st march.....

I have no doubt that this will be read let alone taken into concideration by anyone other than forsaken Flyer owners but here we go. I refuse to buy anything made by HTC any longer! Until HTC itself acknowledges its customers needs! We spend our hard earned money on theyre devices in faith that they will be kept up to date. It is not a matter of the Flyers capabilities because lesser manufacturers with half the specs are still keeping theyre products up to date!
