A good bread only needs three ingredients.
Flour, Water and Salt.
With only 3 ingredients it is crucial that they are all best quality. Then there is no need for Yeast or other things to boost the bread. The only thing you need is time.

All bread are organic, made with sourdough and takes at least 20 hours to make.

Why Bread Exchange?
The last year has been full of testing and experimenting with different tastes and bread consistences. It got a bit over the top. I can simply not keep up with my pace. I can not eat what I produce. Most was ending in the trashcan.

I fed my friends. I fed my neighbors. But it was not enough. And they always say nice things about the bread. I need honest opinions to develop. So I have to turn to the market. Who is more honest then the market? I decided to start to trade the bread. It is always fun to trade things. You get things you did not expect. And things you could not make yourself. Or just information that you did not have.

The easiest way to join is through this bread exchange group at Facebook. For spontaneous trades I use twitter (elmlid).
I will let you know when I got something better.

I just do not trade Bread. If its not some amazing Finnish Black Sourdough. I would die for that.
