In Japan, there is an app called “BabyMap” which you can search nursing rooms and diaper changing stations.
Those facilities locations are shared and always updated by the users who are mothers and fathers raising babies in Japan.

Greatest thing in Japan is that those facilities are everywhere and parents don’t have much stress when they go out with babies.
Now, 15,669 nursing rooms and 27,874 diaper changing stations are registered and the app is updated everyday by the users.
This app is only for Japan right now but the founder believes that Olympics 2020 in Tokyo will be the great opportunity to show this japanese culture to the world.
If any of you have chance to come to Japan, you should try this one!

The straps are always broken. If your baby falls onto the floor, he can die. My toddler was walking past one and it was broken so that it didnt stick in the wall. His shoulder was injured. They compensated his Doctor bill etc but they still have not fixed it.

Uhmmm apparently MCDONALD'S don't have any in the women's restrooms nor in men's restrooms. Whoa.. I guess they don't sale enough happy meals to be able to afford it. #mcdonalsnotchildfriend

Ashton Kutcher you are right no changing station, even for people who are disabled. I have heard of a few but I have never seen one. We need support on the movement of changing tables for not just babies but for anyone who needs it. Disabled veterans, Disabled children, these people are having to be changed on the floor, in their cars or having to leave because of something they have no control of. Not true.. In Whole Foods today and there was a diaper station.. I put my phone and billfold on it...

In UK the changing stations are separate rooms where both men and women are welcome. It is accessible and cleaner than restrooms, plus sometimes there is nursing room as well. Small venues put the hanging stations in the disabled toilets as both men and women use it.
