7 years ago in AJ's Battle with Brain Cancer.... This would be the day after his surgery. He had not been eating or drinking very much. So we were real excited to see him "loving Gatorade". He could not get enough! but things took a very scary turn for the worse. He fell into a deep sleep. Looked sweaty and kind of swelled. He became unresponsive.
A drainage shunt had become blocked and had to be readjusted! A lot happened real fast. Once again Dr. Simmons saved the day! and in a John Wayne...
