AFSCME Council 65 covers the complete states of North & South Dakota and the entire state of of Minnesota - with the exception of the State employees, Metro Minneapolis/St Paul area, and metro Duluth and St. Louis County Employees.
That means we go to all borders of MN, SD & ND. We have staff all over MN and in SD to serve the members in their immediate area.
