Following our pay it forward, Random Act of Kindness last Friday to try and bring a little sunshine to someone's day on a very grey, wet and windy day to mark the end of Baby Loss Awareness UK Week 2019.
The Argus have run an article about what we did.
https://www.theargus.co.uk/news/17992041.football-team-leave-gifts-found-across-sussex/
We were able to spread them throughout Sussex and some further afield. We hope they improved someone's wet and grey Friday.

This is the tragic reason why a football team left gifts for strangers across Sussex
A FOOTBALL team has left dozens of sweet treats across the county to be found by unsuspecting passersby.

This time last year we should've been hosting our first ever Mental Health First Aid workshop for grassroots football teams in and around Brighton & Hove in collaboration with Albion in the Community.
We were extremely hopeful that we would get to host it on Time to Change #timetotalkday2021 and help improve mental health support and awareness in grassroots football but we can't.
Instead we wsnt use this platform to encourage our followers to take some #timetotalk . If you don't need to talk, someone you know might.
Reach out and ask someone. It can be to an individual, a colleague, an open message to a group you're involved in.
If someone asks you you're not allowed to respond with "yeah, ok, u?" or "I'm fine".
Take 5 minutes to write a detailed answer, record a voice message or ring your mate back. Your response might just motivate or inspire someone else to do the same and break the cycle.
If you get "I'm fine" challenge it. Just ask "what you been up to", "how's work", "how's the family", "did you catch the game/film/episode last night", "what was for dinner"? Please don’t accept a closed 3 word response. Inspire a conversation
As always we, Sands, the stillbirth & neonatal death charity, Samaritans, Mind, The CALMzone, PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide and many other national and local mental health and crisis charities and organisations are on hand to help.

14:00 can only mean 1 thing.
A new #challenge14 for the lads.
