Yes, it is necessary and vital. Welcome to "Unconstitutional Stay-at-Home Executive Order Hell, April 5, 2020 Edition", where the executive branch has unleashed all sorts of ultra vires power upon the ONE agency that was proven -in FEDERAL COURT- abuses any small allotment of power it is given. So much so, said agency, the Puerto Rico Police Department is, to this day and every day non-stop since July 17, 2013, under the FREAKING WATCH OF A FEDERAL MONITOR:

The new federal monitor, Mr. John Romero is going to be so dissapointed because the woman that sleeps at the governor's mansion disregarded law (including constitutions) and order while crafting her latest stay at home convulition, which in turn is going to be hell for him as well as for us Puertorricans. I pitty anyone that does not get that in PR's case we are throwing out the baby with the bathwater- and before you say it, just save the "it will save lives argument." I am not saying we do not need to stay home. Just figure it out.

¡Bien hecho!

Is it possible for me to be included among those who are contesting the governor's extreme new measures at the request of the dept of health? I believe that we are being used during this extreme curfew to study human behavior and reaction while restricting almost all of their movements. We are basically guinea pigs for observation control of liberty and movement.

It is beginning to feel like a prison when cops follow you in a car after walking down the road to get your mail. Are we now not allowed to do our daily walks down a long road while maintaining distance? Are we now to feel afraid to run out to get an item that you suddenly need for your meal?

Since the curfew began everyone participated and kept a reasonable distance from those who do not live in their households. Shopping was not difficult at all as there was food on shelves and people were taking what they needed for the week vs hoarding all the supplies like in other states. So why the sudden extreme measures just because of a few rogue people and groups in specific areas?

Since the extreme curfew took place with odd and even car plate numbers to shop on certain days lines at supermarkets are longer and food is beginning to disappear probably because they think restrictions will get worse. We now have longer exposure to the public on long lines which defeats the purpose of limited exposure. People who would walk for exercise or jog 6 feet apart or more now cannot go out. What about people who are claustrophobic? Don't they have a right to maintain their health by at least walking? Once people are completely restricted other than getting food, bank, and gas, they are officially on house arrest. By what law are they allowed to take the liberties the constitution grants us? These measures will generated a hoarding frenzy and will not have any effect in reducing covid19.

ACLU always defending our rights and freedom except when it comes to the second amendment and defending yourself. If you truly believe in rights why not also sue the PR government since there is no way for people that want to own guns to apply for a license or people that for whatever reason have theirs expired renewed.

This is a matter de salvar vidas!
