Spotlight on the work of parliamentarians!
Dozens of parliamentarians from the Arab Region are at the UN House in Beirut to discuss their important role and responsibility in achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the 17 SDGs.
Across their different functions of representation, legislation, oversight, and budgeting, parliamentarians ensure accountability, inclusivity, and transparency as countries work to achieve sustainable development for all.
