We have helped people with mental health, wellbeing, homeschooling from 3 to 83. Its been incredible.

Today is the Essex Derby between Southend United Football Club and Colchester United FC. Unfortunately there won’t be any fans in the Outstanding North Bank at Roots Hall but let’s get 3pts and show there is only one team in Essex. UTB ⚽️💙🐮
Every year we have our annual awards at Christmas and this year was no different. Firstly we all took Covid tests to enable us to enter a bubble.
Every single member of #teamOB is worthy of an award, however this years Employee of the Year 2020, went to Finance Manager Rhys Bailey. Rhys has continually worked to the OB values of Respect, understanding, Creativity and professionalism, and because of Covid has had to regularly go above and beyond.
I’m sure you all join us in congratulating Rhys on his 2nd, Employee of the Year awards in the 6 years he’s been with us. 🥂💪🥇
