There is one lesson that has been etched onto my heart by mother through all my years; it is something she has recited to me countless times and it helps guide me even today as an adult.

She told me that the only way to truly fail was to not try at all and I have found it to be true every single day.

So many people my age have the notion, “why vote? My vote is minuscule and my voice goes unheard anyway,” and this is failing for our home, our future, and the future of our children.

I beg you all to follow my mom’s advice today. GO VOTE!

For a moment deny that feeling of frustration and apathy and do something! My mom has never stopped following her own advice; she works tirelessly until she can’t anymore and it is that determination and will that allow her to never truly fail. I have never seen my mother give anything less than 110% to everything she does. Anyone who knows her knows she is the one to count on, the one to call, the one who will stop at nothing for what is right. My mom was at every single recital, game, conference, or moment my siblings and I ever needed her.

I want you to elect her so she can share this gift, because that’s what it is, with California. We deserve a real person, who lives the same lives as us, and shares the same worries and concerns as us. There is never going to be a day that I don’t need my mom, but I believe California needs her more right now.

Please vote Chris Bish for congress in district 6!!!
